PantherRES demonstrated our full service capabilities with a new retail site in the booming West 7th corridor of Fort Worth. The brokerage team located the right site that met the clients requirements. After completing the transaction, it was turned over to the development team to manage the design effort, the permitting process, and the construction efforts. All done ahead of schedule and under budget.
VINE STREET DEVELOPMENT
PantherRES has found a restaurant operator for a 7,500 SF site located in Historic Old Town Keller, Texas. We are currently in the design phase with a target opening date of March 2012.
PantherRES has assembled a team of professionals to assist future homeowners in a "one-stop-shop" home development located on the historic Ridglea Golf Course.Each location overlooks the luxurious greens and is minutes from Downtown Fort Worth.
Working with Systems Integration, Inc. of Arlington we are currently in the Phase II design effort to relocate a blending and mixing operation to their new location. This effort is expected to take another 24 months.
HISTORIC RESTORATION
Working with a local architect and contractor we are managing the design efforts to protect all historic nature and aesthetics of this 1926 building. We will then oversee the construction as a project manager to ensure the scope of effort is understood and delivered.
PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING
PantherRES was recently asked to consult on reconstruction efforts for the shed building surrounding the old Public Market Building. The sheds unfortunately sustained considerable damage due to a fire and demolition and reconstruction efforts were studied.
