Tom Buckman has over 25 years experience in leasing, design, construction and management of commercial office and retail real estate. His experience includes involvement with over 1.2 million SF of space in the U.S, Canada and India. Tom possesses expertise in lease negotiation and project coordination and a consistent track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Before beginning his work in commercial real estate, Tom served as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. His assignments included serving as the Construction Battalion Company Commander; Officer in Charge of Construction of the security, communications and transportation modifications for President Reagan's ranch; and assistant football coach at the United States Naval Academy.During this time, Tom also became a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia.
Tom graduated from the Texas A&M University with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering. He currenly holds an active Texas Real Estate License.
